My hubby is a kinda romantic-shy guy, which is quite funny-heart melting to me. Coz he always try to express his feelings from lyrics of many songs. Recently he gave this song to me, sung by Blake Lewis, one of our fave singer from American Idol. Here what it says…

This kid has been my fave since the beginning of American Idol Season 7. Somehow he’s got the talent, looks, great performance, entertaining, everything comes in a package. I have a feeling he will win this season. Let’s cross our fingers together, Archies!

CITIBANK S*CKS!!!

Udah beberapa hari ini (termasuk wiken), gue ditelponin sama no telp yang gue yakin dari supplier cc yg satu ini. Setelah gue reject beberapa kali telponnya, akhirnya gue angkat juga dengan bete.

Gue: “Halo?!”

CT: “Halo, Mbak..”

Gue: (langsung motong) “Dari siapa ini mas? Ada apa? Saya lagi meeting. Bisa telp lagi nanti?”

CT: “Saya dari Citibank, Mbak. Saya cuma reminding aja kalo pembayaran citibank Anda sudah jatuh tempo.”

Gue: (mau meledak rasanya) “Saya sudah bayar kemarin sore!”

CT: “Kalo boleh tau, melalui Bank apa, Mbak?”

Gue: “Lippo.”

CT: “Ok kalo begitu, nanti kita crosscheck lagi.”

Gue: (langsung banting telp)

Terus terang kepala gue mau pecah rasanya! SH*T MAN! Apa mereka gak crosscheck dulu ya sebelum nelp? Terus main nagih aja gitu, dengan tone bahasa seperti debt collector dan sungguh membuat gue seperti berhutang milyaran rupiah! Kalian tau berapa tagihan cc gue? Rp101.427,- aja! Iya, Seratus satu ribu, empat ratus dua puluh tujuh rupiah, yang which is adalah hanya bunga gue karena terlambat bayar bulan lalu. I repeat: HANYA BUNGA. Karena bulan lalu pun gue sangat kecewa sama pelayanannya, yang bikin gue ogah make cc itu lagi.

Bulan lalu, pemakaian gue memang lebih dari biasanya, sampai lebih dari limit gue krn trip gue ke Spore. Setelah gue lunasi semua, gue ogah make cc itu dulu krn penagihannya dan pelayanannya yang sungguh nyebelin. Sabtu Minggu gue masih aja ditelepon. Eh, ternyata, setelah gak terpakai pun, gue masih aja dikenai bunga! Alasannya karena tagihan gue kemarin terlambat bayar. Padahal gue selalu bayar sebelum jatuh tempo. PASTI gue lunasi dan itu sebelum tanggal cetak tagihan. Tapi kenapa gue masih dikenai bunga??! Seinget gue, Bank lain yang juga jadi cc gue, gak pernah kayak gini. Wahai citibank, I’m really dissapointed!

Ada beberapa hal lagi yang bikin gue bete:

1. Gue inget banget waktu mereka ngejar2 gue bikin cc. Iming2nya, gue free annual fee. Nyatanya? Gue masih dikenakan tuh! Setelah gue tanya, ternyata ada syaratnya lagi, yaitu gue harus ambil fasilitas citibank 1 bill buat bayar tagihan gue, baru gue free annual fee. Kok mereka gak bilang dari awal?? Gue ngerasa ketipu banget. Udah gitu, bbrp kali sempet tagihan gue gak dibayar sama mereka tanpa memberitau ke gue. Alasannya karena sistemnya lagi error.. *whut the …??*

2. Awalnya, limit kredit gue sebesar X rupiah. Tanpa bilang2 dan persetujuan, tau2 mereka naikin limit gue (yang menurut gue itu penting dan gue harus tau). Ujung2nya apa? Gue ditagih melebihi limit gue biasanya.

3. Pengalaman temen sekantor gue yang ditawarin habis2an buat bikin citibank-telkomsel card. Temen gue akhirnya setuju buat bikin. Dia blom pernah punya cc. Setelah nunggu, gak dikasih kabar sdh approve/belum, sampe akhirnya temen gue itu nelp ke citibank. Dan kalian tau jawabannya apa? Gak di Approve. Heh? Temen gue jelas marah. Awalnya dia yg dikejar2 dengan iming2 segala macem. Setelah dapet, bahkan dikabarin aja enggak soal approval. Dan begitu temen gue nanya kenapa dia sampe gak di approve, jawabannya: Rahasia perusahaan. WHUT??!!! Boooo, dia ini orangnya sendiri yang nanya, kenapa dia sampe gak di approve! Bukan orang lain! Kalo orang lain yang nanya dan mau tau, bolehlah jawabannya kayak gini. Ini orangnya sendiri lho! Kan bisa jadi masukan buat dia, kenapa sampe gak di approve, dan lain kali mau buat cc lain, dia tau apa yang musti dilakukan. Aneh!

Kayaknya tekad gue udh bener2 bulat buat nutup cc ini. Sori citibank, gue bener2 kecewa. I’m closing it, I REALLY DO.
